SHIPPING & RETURNS
UK SHIPPING
We shall deliver your order through our courier partner, DHL, to the delivery address that you have given us. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. We deliver to the UK and internationally.
All shipments are trackable and need to be signed for. If you are not there, a note will be dropped through your door explaining how to get your parcel or how to rearrange delivery. If you do not collect the items or rearrange delivery after 14 days, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for the return delivery costs.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and we cannot be liable for delays in meeting them. We do not dispatch orders at the weekend or on UK bank holidays, if you place an order on such days, it will be processed on the following working day. We are liable to you for any damage or loss of the Products while in transit until they are delivered to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please be aware every Split Watch is powered by a revolutionary movement from the SEIKO family in Japan - a heritage we’re deeply proud of. Although your order will be dispatched from the UK, customs authorities recognise the country of origin as Japan. This means any import taxes or duties are based on Japan, not the UK.
We offer UK VAT free shipping on international orders.
Orders are shipped on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to taxes, import duties and fees ("Fees") once they arrive in the destination country. These Fees are not included in our prices nor in our delivery charges and you are responsible for their payment.
U.S. Shipping Policy Update (effective 29th August 2025):
We value our U.S. customers and want to ensure transparency regarding recent changes to international shipping regulations. Following the removal of the $800 de minimis exemption and the introduction of new tariffs, all shipments entering the United States are now subject to customs duties, taxes and clearance fees—regardless of order value.
UK RETURNS
We hope that you will love your order as much as we do but if something isn’t right you have 28 days to return items.
When returning any Products to us, for any reason, you must take reasonable care that they are received by us and not damaged in transit.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items and all other costs associated with returning your order.
Our return address is Split Watches, 27 Berkeley Square, London W1J 6EL. We advise you to use a signed for service and retain proof of postage.
We will reimburse you the price paid for the Products no later than 14 days after the day we receive them back from you and we will use the payment method you have used for your order.
Unless an item is faulty, we do not refund shipping charges. Customers returning orders are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers returning orders from outside of the UK are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item and all other costs associated with returning their order. Please email us at info@splitwatches.com and we can provide you a DHL return label. We charge £40 for the service and this will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may use a different courier and we advise you use a signed for service and retain proof of postage. Note that if you return your order, custom fees will not be refunded.
Please mark your package as "Returned goods" on the outer packaging and commercial invoices in order to avoid additional charges and delays getting back to us. Customs, duty and import fees are not refunded.
All items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, unused and unworn with original packaging undamaged. We may make a deduction on your refund if the value of the returned Products has been reduced by you handling them in a way that would not be permitted in a shop.
