Where to find information about us and our services
You can find everything you need to know about us, Split Watches Limited (we), and our products and services on our website or from our sales staff before you order. We also confirm the key information to you in writing after you order, by email.

We only accept orders when we've checked them
We contact you to confirm we've received your order and we accept it when we supply the products or services to you.
Sometimes we reject orders
Sometimes, we reject orders, for example, because we mis-priced the item. When this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.
Charges
We will charge you when you place your order with us. If the item is mispriced or sold out, we will refund the payment to the account that the payment was taken from.
We pass on increases in VAT
If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the products or services, we adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
We're not responsible for delays outside our control
If our supply of your order is delayed by an event outside our control, such as supply chain disruption, we contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact us at info@splitwatches.com to end the contract and receive a refund for any orders you have paid for in advance, but not received.
Returns
You have a legal right to change your mind
For most of our products and services bought online, you have 14 days after the date we confirm your order to change your mind about a purchase.
Please ensure the items being returned are in perfect, unused condition and retains its protective packaging to avoid any damage.
In order to ensure a full refund, it is important that the watch and strap remain undamaged. If any damage is found upon return, within our sole discretion, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to cover the cost of replacing damaged components.
Please note that shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount when returning items to us. The fees are as follows:
£10.00 for returns within the UK
£30.00 for returns from the rest of the world (RoW)

How to let us know and what happens next.
If you change your mind, contact us at info@splitwatches.com providing us with your name, e-maill address and order number. We will then email you a link to an online form where you can provide details about your return. Once we’ve reviewed your case, we will provide you with an automated shipping label so you can send your watch to our after-sales service team for inspection.
Once our after-sales service team receives your watch, it will undergo an in-house quality inspection. We will notify you once the inspection is complete and inform you of any necessary deductions before processing your refund.
After approval, your refund will be issued. Please note that the return payment may take up to 10 days to be processed following approval.
We refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your returned item. We refund you by the method you used for payment.
Please note that where you have chosen to reject a delivery due to outstanding import duties, you will be able to get a refund less any outbound and return shipping fees incurred in returning the item. These costs are as follows:

Limited warranty
Your watch is covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defect (Limited Warranty), for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase under the following terms and conditions.
The Limited Warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under UK law, which cannot be excluded. In addition to your rights above, your product comes with statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 that are not affected by this Limited Warranty. (These include a right to receive a refund for products that you return to us which were faulty when you received them). You can find these at the UK government website www.gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights.
General Conditions
We have sole discretion to decide whether to arrange a service, repair, or replace your watch under the Limited Warranty.
What is covered?
Under this Limited Warranty, we undertake to arrange a service, repair, or replacement for any mechanical fault stemming from a manufacturing defect.
What is not covered?
Damage suffered because of (but not limited to):
accidents;
improper/reckless handling of the watch;
water damage;
abnormal or abusive use;
negligent use; and/or
incorrect use of the watch;
General wear and tear from everyday use, such as (but not limited to):
- cosmetic scratches to the watch;
- corrosion resulting from perspiration or dust;
- peeling or colour alteration of any part of the watch.
Requesting assistance under the Limited Warranty
Should you require any work under warranty, please email info@splitwatches.com with your watch, a copy of your sales receipt, and a description of the problem. We will then review your case and inform you of next steps.
It is recommended that goods be sent fully insured when returning or under warranty, as we will not be responsible for goods that are sent and subsequently damaged or lost.

Complaints
Our Customer Service Team: Our Customer Service Team will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us or our products/services. Please email us at info@splitwatches.com and provide as much information about the company as you can. We will acknowledge your complaint and review the matter promptly.
Other important terms apply to our contract
We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for supplying your products/services. We will contact you to let you know if we plan to do this. If you're unhappy with the transfer you can contact our Customer Service Team at info@splitwatches.com within 7 days of us notifying you of the change.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it [(other than someone you [told us you were giving OR gave] a product to as a present)] and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can't do it later.
