Time for Change: This World Mental Health Day with Split
At Split, we believe that time is more than a measure of hours; it’s an opportunity to reflect, reconnect, and care for ourselves and for each other.
This World Mental Health Day, we’re taking that belief further.
For every watch sold, we’re doubling our donation to support the incredible work of the Anna Freud Centre, a charity dedicated to improving the mental wellbeing of children, young people, and families.
We want to see a world where mental health is part of daily conversation — talked about openly and freely, without fear or stigma. Because for us, embracing vulnerability shows more strength than it does weakness. It’s in those honest moments of openness, reflection and care, that real connection begins.
Each Split watch is designed to serve as a quiet reminder to slow down, take a breath, and find balance in life’s constant motion.
The Anna Freud Centre’s mission resonates deeply with ours. They believe that mental health is not just something to protect, but something to nurture, understand, and talk about openly. Their work helps countless individuals access support, find strength, and build healthier futures — and that’s something worth making time for.
If you or someone you know is struggling and would like to speak to someone who can help, you can text AFC to 85258.
